During this school year the BSD100 admins have spent time together reading The Innovators Mindset book written by George Couros. We learned how to Sketchnote with Leah Odonell and completed our chapter reviews and drew the highlights to share. It was a way to share our thoughts helped us "unleash our talents and creativity." Jordan Garrett lead us through learning about the 4C's.
Collaboration, Communication, Critical Thinking and Creation and challenged us in leading a culture of creativity within our staff. So here i am writing my first blog post in which i have been planning on doing for the past 730 days ( 2 years)! Thank you for reading my first blog post.
